Shannon has three young children and also owns an export Sail Manufacturing business, Willis Sails, with her husband Craig. Life is busy between work, kids with active sports commitments, and committees within the community. However, Shannon’s love of small business and creating opportunities for business owners to have it all - family life and a thriving business - is what motivates her. With a Diploma in Business Management from Unitec, a strong background in Governance, HR, Policy and Procedures and Software, Shannon combines practical understanding of coal-face business operations with the all-important technical requirements gained from over 10 years working within the Accounting industry. As Business Manager for Spire, Shannon wears many hats for the firm, with the aim of making every client's experience with Spire effortless and enjoyable. In her spare time Shannon and family can always be found out and about on the football field, netball court, inline hockey rink or enjoying camping, boating and fishing out in the beautiful Bay of Islands. Most of all Shannon can always find time for a wine and a laugh with friends.
